What
is your most memorable PDP memory?
Damn, there are too many to choose from. It's like choosing your
favorite little or your favorite child (if you have any). My most
memorable would be during pledging. All my pledge bros and I were
at my apartment doing our work and stuff. We started cracking
jokes, singing songs, etc. That was when
I knew we were comfortable to truly act like ourselves around
each other. When I am an old man and I look back at my college
years, pledging will definitely be one of the things I will remember.
Something
you've always wanted to do:
I've always wanted to box. Not professionally or in competitions.
Just for fun. Something my friends and I can do in my backyard
when we're bored. (There's nothing to do Chelmsford! Damn suburbs!)
I boxed my friends before, but I would get exhausted and then
knocked out. I stopped because I kept getting headaches. It gave
me a good workout, but I probably would turn into a vegetable
if I kept going.
Hidden
Talents?
I can do this cool thing with my hands. I won't get into it, but
let's just say that I know a lot of guys wish they can do it to.
Besides that, I can do the most retarded things in Photoshop.
A lot of funny photo manipulation that looks authentic. I come
up with the dumbest theories to explain stuff. A few people come
up to me and say, "I've heard about your theories."
I don't know if that's a compliment or not...
Why
I Pledged Pi Delta Psi:
I had no intentions of joining any fraternity when I was a freshman.
I got curious after my friend Steve from Cornell crossed. He definitely
did not seem like a guy that would join a fraternity, so Pi Delta
Psi had to have been something that stood out and caught his attention.
I am also into Asian American empowerment and
I knew pledging would make me more empowered and help me educate
others.
They
say RPI kids are smart, heres a brain teaser. I give you five minutes...
"Four people must cross a bridge at night. Many planks are
missing, and the bridge can hold only two people at a time. The
travelers must use a flashlight to guide their steps; otherwise
they're sure to fall off the bridge. There is only one flashlight.
The four people each travel at different speeds. One can cross the
bridge in a minute; another in two minutes; another in five minutes
and the slowest person requires ten minutes. The bridge is old
and is going to collapse in exactly seventeen minutes. How can all
four people cross the bridge?"
What is this Indiana Jones? Have the two fastest go across first
(2 minutes). Then the 2 minute person come back with the flash
light (2 minutes). The two slower ones go across and give the
flash light to the fastest person (10 minutes). She/he runs back
and then they both run across (3 minutes). Awww YEAA!... I'm a
f**king nerd.
